Demonstration School
The Demonstration School will be a project of the City of West Sacramento, the Washington Unified School District, the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce and the participating independent colleges to provide a combination of teacher training and educational projects focused on improving student achievement in West Sacramento.

Education Center
The primary purpose of the Educational Center is to provide facilities and educational programs for college students doing internships in the Sacramento region, and to encourage students to take on internships and other training opportunities with West Sacramento businesses.

Educational Programs Center
The Educational Programs Center will be available to the residents of the active adult community seeking continuing education. These residents could also become volunteers in the Demonstration School, creating a multi-generational education community.

Residential Complex
The Residential Complex will include apartment-like complexes for students from various independent colleges and universities working or studying in the area.

AICCU Offices
The Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities (AICCU) is a membership organization of the non-profit accredited degree granting colleges and universities in the state. The proximity of West Sacramento and the education mission of University Park has encouraged AICCU to consider relocating here from its offices from Sacramento
