Conferences & Retreats
University Park will include the Sacramento region's first conference and retreat center. The Conference and Retreat Center would provide several benefits for West Sacramento and the region. The center would capture events and programs that now are scheduled outside of the region. University Park is particularly situated for a regional retreat center because of the quiet and natural beauty of the Sacramento River and the abundant open space.

The Center will provide a place for such activities as:

• Government and private regional conferences
• Conference and meeting space for Education Park programs
• Weddings, reunions, social events and educational events
